Delivery Information

We deliver anywhere within the UK.
Our boxes are shipped using Royal Mail, we use tracked 48 and you will receive a tracking number on your shipping confirmation.

Our pet brownies, due to the way we wrap them, stay fresh between 10-14 days. Please make sure they are kept in an air tight container once delivered.

Please note that all of our products are hand-made daily to make sure they are as fresh as possible for you to devour. All orders are processed within 2 working days to ensure the brownies are as fresh as possible when they reach you.
Our deliveries are handled by our couriers, Monday to Saturday from 8am-6pm.
Please note that if your delivery is delayed for any reason your order will still be fresh as our brownies are wrapped in grease proof paper as to keep them fresh for between 10-14 days, if you can keep your fur baby can keep their paws off them for that long.

If you don't receive the item that you ordered or the item you have received has been damaged in transit, we're here to help.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this can be the original confirmation email you receive from us when you placed your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or the item is not as described. If your parcel has been lost in transit we will send out your order again free of charge - please give the post 10 working days before contacting us.
